Job summary

Summa Health is seeking an experienced Epilepsy Specialist to join the Summa Health Neurosciences Institute in Akron, Ohio. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance a comprehensive epilepsy program within a health system invested in technology, innovation, and advanced diagnostics.

The position includes 100% epilepsy practice with a fully staffed neurophysiology laboratory, access to outpatient neurology networks, and potential academic appointment with NEOMED.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Completion of an Epilepsy fellowship.
• Interest in teaching, lectures and resident education.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in Ohio or ability to obtain an Ohio medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized epilepsy care within a comprehensive program.
• Collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery and related services to advance diagnostics, imaging and surgical pathways.
