Job summary

Summa Health Medical Group in Akron, OH seeks an experienced Epilepsy Specialist to join the Summa Health Neurosciences Institute. This role focuses on a comprehensive epilepsy program within a health system invested in technology, advanced diagnostics, and surgical intervention for epilepsy.

You will work in a 100% epilepsy practice with a fully staffed neurophysiology laboratory, collaborating with neurology and neurosurgery teams, and participating in research and teaching with NEOMED.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Completion of an Epilepsy fellowship.
• Preference for an experienced epilepsy physician with interest in complex epilepsy management.
• Current unrestricted Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Interest in teaching, lectures and resident education.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care.
• Interest in clinical innovation and advancement of epilepsy treatment.
