Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Wayne, PA is seeking a Functional Consultant in the TECHNOLOGY function to join the team. The role combines functional and technical oversight, incident analysis, and coordination with 3rd party vendors to resolve production outages.

The ideal candidate has strong Epicor ERP knowledge (v 10.2.3) and a Bachelor of Computer Science, with the ability to analyze incidents, implement fixes, and support business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor ERP v10.2.3.
• Strong functional and technical skills.
• Ability to analyze incidents and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope.
