Team Manager – ERP - at twentyAI | Masters of Science in Management | Cancer Survivor

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Consultant with a strong background in full-cycle Epicor ERP and deep operational expertise. The ideal candidate has participated in at least five Epicor implementations, can produce detailed current-state and future-state (BPR) documentation, and excels in client-facing communication both written and verbal.

This role requires someone who can identify process gaps, translate them into functional requirements, and accurately forecast level of effort for workshops, training, and implementation activities. The consultant must have expert-level knowledge across key Epicor modules and advanced operational areas. Travel up to 75% is expected.

• Lead discovery sessions and conduct Epicor process mapping with clients
• Build out a fully functional Epicor system aligned to customer processes
• Produce, test, and deliver configurator solutions based on functional requirements
• Plan and execute UAT sessions and ensure full system validation
• Support cutovers from legacy systems to Epicor ERP
• Provide post-go-live customer support
• Create and present full current-state and future-state (BPR) documentation
• Maintain ongoing Epicor product certifications
• Enter time daily and keep PSA/ticket statuses up to date
• Follow PMO requirements and deliverables
• Provide input and support for demos, sales tasks, and marketing activities
• Mentor team members and participate in internal training and company meetings

• Deep experience with Epicor/Kinetic core modules:
• Quoting, Sales Orders, Job Management, Shipping
• Purchasing, Receiving
• Strong engineering knowledge across verticals, with ability to build complex MOMs and deep BOMs
• Advanced MRP understanding to drive accurate supply/demand planning
• Inventory management expertise including:
• Site/plant/warehouse setups
• Cycle counting, physical inventory
• Shipping & receiving
• Shop floor experience with MES and Epicor Kinetic Warehouse handhelds
• Job costing expertise
• DMT experience for static, master, and transactional data loads
• Advanced Production & Scheduling across multiple resource groups

• Enhanced Quality module experience (testing plans, setup, execution)
• CRM / Case Management experience including campaigns and task sets
• Product Configurator
• Custom packing solutions (UCC128)
• EDI
• ASCM certification
• Maintain quarterly Epicor certifications (Operations, Technical Tools, Configurator)
• Travel up to 75%
• Attend internal meetings, training, and company calls
• Report to project managers and follow PMO standards
• Enter time daily with accurate descriptions
• Ensure all internal systems and documentation are up to date
• Meet all documentation requirements promptly
• Maintain professionalism in all client and internal communications
• Keep all stakeholders informed consistently
