Overview

Title: Epicor Application Specialist

Location: Plymouth / Twin Cities, MN (Onsite)

Type: Direct Hire by the Client

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement business processes within the Epicor ERP system to improve efficiency and data integrity across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and finance functions.


• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and support of Epicor ERP modules, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Order Entry, Customer Service, Warranty, Sales. Assignments will be made on experience and business needs.


• Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of BAQs, SSRS reports, dashboards, BPMs, and data directives to enhance data visibility and system capabilities.


• Facilitate integration and data workflows between Epicor and other business systems.


• Provide training and documentation to end-users on Epicor functionality, new processes, and best practices.


• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical and functional issues related to Epicor ERP, collaborating with IT and business teams as needed.
