Job summary

Signum LLC is seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Rep in Ohio to enter customer orders into Epicor and manage order flow with high accuracy. You will retrieve documents, maintain filing systems, and generate reports while ensuring adherence to policies.

Ideal candidates have strong data entry proficiency, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently in a full-time office role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Enter order details into Epicor.
• Retrieve and file order documents for record keeping.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for order tracking and reporting purposes.
• Performs general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing.
• Maintain organized filing system for easy retrieval of order information.
• Ensure all orders are processed according to company policies and procedures.
• Generates reports as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
