Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred (Accounting).
1+ year experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar inventory management systems.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook; ERP systems).

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
Enter receiving data into Epicor ERP, including quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and vendor information.
Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
Coordinate with purchasing and quality control to resolve receiving issues.
Label and route received items to storage or production areas.
Maintain organized records of receiving documents and transactions.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
