Job summary
AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a dedicated EpicCare Link liaison to support external physician practices and partners. You will drive service excellence, provide consultative support, and help optimize workflows across EpicCare Link deployments.
The role focuses on onboarding, education, and ongoing user adoption while delivering proactive issue resolution and strategic relationship management to strengthen AdventHealth’s patient care network.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT or healthcare experience.
- Proficient with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
- Ability to analyze workflows and drive improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Epic Reporting Tools and data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic relationship owner for external physician practices.
- Provide consultative support, workflow optimization, and user adoption.
- Deliver onboarding and training for EpicCare Link users.
- Coordinate escalations and issue resolution with stakeholders.
