Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum three years supporting Epic Teamwork, workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, HRIS, ERP, or scheduling apps.
• Experience with workforce scheduling, labor management, payroll integration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analyst for Epic Teamwork and ADP Workforce Management functionality.
• Configure and maintain workforce scheduling, timekeeping, staffing, labor management, and payroll integration workflows.
• Support provider scheduling, staffing optimization, capacity planning, on-call management, and workforce analytics.
• Perform system testing, upgrades, implementation support, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce intelligence solutions.
• Conduct audits and ensure workforce data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Provide customer support and issue resolution for workforce management workflows.
• Maintain compliance with SCRMC policies, regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and ISO-based quality management processes.
