Responsible for administration, configuration, optimization, support, reporting, maintenance, and integration of Epic Teamwork and Epic ERP Workforce Management and Timekeeping solutions supporting staffing, scheduling, labor management, payroll integration, workforce analytics, capacity planning, and operational efficiency. Works with Human Resources, Accounting and other departments as needed to ensure that current state HRIS (ADP) functionality and future state HRIS development are transitioned seamlessly and that legacy date is preserved.
This position functions within the Epic Department and serves as the primary organizational analyst for Epic Teamwork and Workforce Management solutions. The role reports to the Epic Director and exercises authority to configure, maintain, analyze, and optimize workforce management, scheduling, timekeeping, and related integrations in accordance with SCRMC policies, operational requirements, and regulatory standards. The position may coordinate projects and influence workflow decisions across departments but does not have direct personnel management authority.
