Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience supporting Epic Teamwork, workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, HRIS, ERP, or scheduling applications.
• Experience with workforce scheduling, labor management, payroll integration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analyst for Epic Teamwork and ADP Workforce Management functionality.
• Configure and maintain workforce scheduling, timekeeping, staffing, labor management, and payroll integration workflows.
• Support provider scheduling, staffing optimization, capacity planning, on-call management, and workforce analytics.
• Perform system testing, upgrades, implementation support, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce intelligence solutions.
• Conduct audits and ensure workforce data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Provide customer support and issue resolution for workforce management workflows.
• Supports a culture of safety by ensuring compliant, reliable processes, maintaining accurate documentation, following policies and regulatory requirements, and proactively identifying and reporting operational or environmental risks consistent with SCRMC Culture of Safety and ISO-based quality standards.
• Promotes a just culture by supporting timely reporting of safety events, near misses, hazards, process failures, and concerns without retaliation.
• Participates in training, competency validation, safety drills, survey readiness efforts, performance improvement, and corrective action activities as assigned.
