Job summary

Tanner seeks an Epic Willow Analyst to serve as the primary support contact for the Willow Application. You will coordinate issue resolution with technical staff and business customers, applying knowledge of Pharmacy workflows and regulatory requirements while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities include assessing call urgency, communicating with stakeholders, and occasionally performing duties beyond the defined scope to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3 years of related experience with knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
• Epic certification(s) in area of support preferred and must be kept current.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; other Epic certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for the Epic Willow Application.
• Coordinate issues within the Willow application area and liaise between technical staff and customers.
• Assess urgency of calls and escalate to resolve issues per policies and procedures.
• May take on duties outside the defined job scope as needed.
