Job summary

Tanner Health seeks an Epic Willow Analyst - Information Technology (Days) to provide primary support for the Willow Application. The role involves coordinating issues, judging urgency, and bridging communications between technical teams and users, ensuring policy and quality standards are upheld.

The position is on-site with a standard M-F 8am-5pm shift; on-call and overnight reboot rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and applicable experience.
• Three years of related experience in a similar role.
• Current Epic certification(s) preferred; if not current, must be achieved within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for the Epic Willow Application.
• Coordinate issues, determine urgency, and escalate as needed.
• Act as a liaison between technical staff and a broad customer base.
• May perform duties outside the defined scope as needed.
• Participate in on-call and overnight reboot rotations.
