Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Epic Willow specialist to provide day-to-day Willow support for ambulatory and inpatient environments in California. You will troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and help stabilize systems after go-lives, collaborating with pharmacy and operations teams.

Responsibilities include Willow builds, enhancements, testing, and deployment of new functionality, plus supporting upcoming pharmacy openings and expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) required.
• Hands-on Willow Ambulatory support experience.
• Experience with post-go-live stabilization in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Epic Willow support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and user concerns.
• Perform maintenance, configuration updates, and optimization.
• Support stabilization after major Epic go-live.
• Participate in Willow build, enhancement, and implementation activities.
• Assist testing, validation, and deployment of new functionality.
• Collaborate with operational and pharmacy stakeholders on new initiatives.
