Job summary

The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) seeks an Epic Willow Ambulatory Application Analyst to support outpatient pharmacy operations in Oklahoma City. You will design, configure, and optimize Willow workflows to improve medication safety and patient care.

Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, providers, and finance to streamline inventory, e-prescribing interfaces, and charging accuracy. Epic Willow experience and related certifications are highly valued; Indian Preference applies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with healthcare IT focus.
Minimum four years in healthcare IT, EHR, or pharmacy systems.
Candidates may need Epic Sphinx assessment.
Experience with Willow Ambulatory or similar pharmacy systems preferred.
Pharmacy operations knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Configure Willow Ambulatory for outpatient pharmacy workflows.
Set up Inventory Tracking for pharmacy supplies.
Build and monitor e-prescribing interfaces and drug mappings.
Collaborate with finance to ensure formulary and pricing accuracy.
Run integrated tests of pharmacy workflow with clinical and billing modules.
