Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent War is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to support retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows. You will design, build, and optimize Willow Ambulatory configurations to ensure efficient medication workflows in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or maintaining Epic Willow Ambulatory.
• Strong understanding of retail and/or outpatient pharmacy workflows.
• Experience in a complex healthcare IT environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy application integrations and third-party systems.
• Experience with testing, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate requirements into solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
• Familiarity with governance and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, implement, and support Willow Ambulatory for retail pharmacy workflows.
• Analyze operations and translate requirements into scalable Epic configuration.
• Support the full medication lifecycle: intake, dispensing, charging, inventory, and downstream impacts.
• Perform routine maintenance, resolve incidents, and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations to identify gaps and optimize workflows.
• Serve as SME for Willow Ambulatory capabilities and configurations.
• Participate in testing, validation, and upgrade readiness.
• Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Validate system behavior with production-like scenarios and fix defects.
• Coordinate with interfaces and vendor teams to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with inpatient team on shared med records and enterprise build.
• Manage tasks and initiatives while balancing production support.
• Provide status updates and escalate risks as needed.
• Create and maintain build docs, workflow descriptions, and test scripts.
