Job summary

Chartis, a healthcare advisory leader, is seeking an Associate Partner in Clinical Technology Innovation. This remote, full-time role leads end-to-end Epic deployments across healthcare organizations and partners with C-suite executives to deliver clinical transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in healthcare consulting or IT with deep Epic experience, strong executive presence, and proven delivery of large-scale implementations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare IT experience with a deep focus on Epic implementations.
• Executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior leadership.
• Proven experience serving as a Project Director or Program Director on at least one large-scale Epic implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall program leader for end-to-end Epic implementations, upgrades, and major optimization efforts across healthcare organizations.
• Provide executive level leadership and governance with client executives (CIO, CMIO, CNIO, CFO).
• Lead end-to-end program delivery including scope, timeline, budget, risk management, and quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and support development of their skills and delivery knowledge.
• Participate in program governance structures and executive reporting.
