Chartis is seeking a Solution Architect for Revenue Cycle Transformation with deep Epic back-end experience. You will lead large-scale transformations for healthcare providers, guiding clients from vision to measurable outcomes, with hands-on Epic workflow optimization and a focus on back-end billing and collections.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives (e.g., Epic, automation, AI).
• Deep expertise in Epic back-end revenue cycle / billing and collections, with hands-on experience in one or more Epic applications such as Resolute HB, Resolute PB, or Claims.
• Proven success delivering large-scale Epic implementations or optimizations, particularly within back-end revenue cycle, billing, claims, or collections.
• Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, integrations, and revenue cycle analytics.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements with the ability to influence executive and operational stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Epic certification in a relevant application is highly preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle transformation engagements, focusing on Epic back-end workflows.
• Define solution strategy, scope, and roadmap aligned to client billing and collections priorities.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams spanning operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
• Architect scalable Epic back-end revenue cycle solutions across submission, posting, denial management, A/R follow-up, and patient collections.
• Advise executives and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Develop adoption and change-management strategies to improve billing accuracy and revenue outcomes.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across consulting and client organizations.
