Qualifications
- 7+ years of leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives.
- Experience with Epic front-end revenue cycle workflows (patient access).
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation engagements across Epic front-end revenue cycle initiatives.
- Architect scalable Epic patient access workflows (scheduling, registration, eligibility).
- Advise executive and operational stakeholders; translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Drive adoption and change management to sustain front-end improvements.
- Develop and mentor multidisciplinary teams across client and consulting groups.
