Job summary

Chartis is seeking an Associate Partner to lead end-to-end Epic implementations for healthcare organizations, partnering with CIOs and senior leaders to steer strategy, scope, timelines, budgets and risk management.

The role requires 12+ years in healthcare consulting with Epic deployment expertise, strong executive presence, and previous PM/Director experience. Travel is required as needed to support client initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare IT experience with Epic deployments.
• Experience as Project Director or Program Director on large Epic implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Epic methodologies and tools.
• Executive presence with C-suite engagement and senior leadership influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic program delivery across healthcare organizations.
• Provide executive-level governance and align with client leadership.
• Drive scope, timeline, budget, risk management, and quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in steering committees and governance.
• Coordinate change management, training strategy, cutover planning, and go-live support.
