Job summary

communitycare-centralhealth seeks an Epic Training Specialist I to develop training materials, deliver training to clinical and administrative teams, and support end-user proficiency with the Epic system. The role includes creating curriculums, testing during upgrades, and collaborating on curriculum development.

Hybrid work is available, with travel between Central Health clinics required to support training delivery and on-site sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent (higher degree accepted).
• One year of experience in computer-related training, adult education or as an Electronic Health Record super-user.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training using standardized templates for lesson plans, manuals and tip sheets.
• Provide end-user training on Epic training initiatives and on new system changes.
• Support end users to verify system access and login procedures.
• Act as subject matter expert to ensure training quality and consistency.
• Travel between Central Health clinics to support training needs.
