Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Epic Training Coordinator to deliver comprehensive Epic EHR training to clinicians and staff. You will build curricula, create user guides, and develop e-learning modules to ensure proficient use of Epic modules such as Ambulatory and Inpatient.

You will coordinate sessions, track progress, and provide post-go-live support, continuously updating content with system changes while collaborating with Epic analysts and leadership to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in training or similar roles.
• Experience with EHR systems and workflows preferred in a training capacity.
• Healthcare training experience highly desirable.
• Proficient in creating training materials, delivering presentations and managing group learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based, virtual, and one-on-one Epic training sessions for diverse users.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Epic training materials and curricula.
• Coordinate training sessions, schedule rooms, and manage attendance.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing training refreshers as needed.
• Collaborate with Epic teams to align content with configurations and updates.
