Responsibilities include assessing training needs, conducting sessions, and supporting system adoption across departments. Prior experience with Epic and instructional design is highly valued.

Formación

• Experience delivering training in healthcare or clinical workflows.
• Epic knowledge or certification preferred.
• Ability to translate workflows into clear system use and training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instructor‑led and hands‑on Epic training to end users.
• Assess training needs based on role, workflow, and system usage.
• Develop and maintain training materials aligned to system functionality and workflows.
