AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to train staff on EMR, CRM, ININ, and other clinical systems. The role includes validating workflows, developing training materials, and delivering 1-on-1 sessions across clinics. You will keep curricula current for software upgrades and assist staff during implementations.

Experience with EPIC training in healthcare IT and strong project coordination skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct progressive experience implementing Electronic Health Records systems in a large healthcare organization is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance improvement, project management, or program management is required.
• Previous experience supporting EPIC training and certification programs.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, computer science, or related area preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical training experience with Epic System to clinical staff, including providers, nurses, MAs, etc., and adult training principles required.
• Instruction at a traditional secondary, collegiate, or adult school level, OR 2 years of technical training experience with medical/dental devices preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of Program/Project Management experience providing cross-functional coordination is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in education, organizational development, or a training-related position is required.
• Previous experience rolling out complex training programs to a large population (1500+ people) is preferred.
• Experience providing thoughtful analysis of the curriculum to provide feedback for improved development of learning outcomes is highly desirable.
• Experience maintaining collaborative relationships with internal personnel, business owners, and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Train end users on AltaMed technical/clinical systems and applications.
• Validate and train workflows for staff on new or updated core software products.
• Develop training materials and deliver 1-1 sessions in clinics.
• Collaborate on special projects with the Training Manager and PT.
• Stay current with curriculum changes for software upgrades and builds.
• Support end-users during go-lives and provide post-implementation assistance.
