Job summary

AltaMed seeks a Credentialed Trainer to educate staff on core software like EMR/E pic, CRM, and related systems. You will validate workflows, develop training materials, and support staff training across multiple clinics.

Expect collaboration with project teams and involvement in system go-lives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in EHR training within large healthcare settings, EPIC training experience, and a background in adult education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing Electronic Health Records systems in a large healthcare org.
• Minimum 1 year in performance improvement, project or program management.
• Experience supporting EPIC training and certification programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on AltaMed technical/clinical systems and workflows.
• Validate and update training materials; support go‑live activities.
