Based on our campus near Madison, WI, this role requires relocation assistance and involves travel. You will join a tight-knit team focused on quality care, learning, and making software more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with 1–2 trips per month lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and other healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience with Epic.
• Involve in training from instructional design to developing materials and scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content.
• Work with organizations to tailor training and participate in software-improvement projects.
