Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year Epic training, clinical operations, ambulatory workflow, or healthcare information systems experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience delivering classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deliver Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Ambulatory training programs for new and existing employees.
• Create and maintain training curricula, guides, knowledge articles, and job aids reflecting current Epic functionality and workflows.
• Provide on-site support to ambulatory clinics during upgrades, go-lives, and initiatives to promote standardized processes.
