Job summary
Health Choice Network is seeking an experienced Principal Trainer, Epic Cadence to support training, workflow optimization, reporting, and user adoption initiatives across our organization. This role blends Epic expertise with training and data analysis to improve workflows and system adoption.
The ideal candidate will develop and deliver training programs, maintain Epic training environments, analyze data trends, and partner with operations and IT teams to drive continuous improvement in Epic
Qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification
- Epic Training Environment Build Certification
- Experience supporting Epic Playground environments
- Experience using Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
- Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience creating training materials and workflow documentation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Epic Cadence training programs for providers and staff.
- Create and maintain training materials, tip sheets, job aids, and workflow documentation.
- Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
- Support onboarding, ongoing education, and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to improve Epic workflows and optimizations.
- Support Epic upgrades, implementations, and optimization projects.
- Provide recommendations that enhance efficiency, user experience, and organizational outcomes.
