This role collaborates with the Program Manager and Environments to ensure training mirrors production, supports go-live events, and provides on-site and remote user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer technology or science (or equivalent experience) required.
• Epic certification must be obtained for assigned area within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows.
• Develop and lead training programs and materials.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and Environments to align training with production.
• Deliver training via classroom, web-based learning, and remote coaching.
• Ensure training content quality and keep best practices current.
