Piedmont Healthcare Corporate in Atlanta seeks a Principal Trainer to serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows. You will develop and lead training programs, coordinate with other trainers, and ensure training materials meet initial and ongoing needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology or science is required.
• Epic certification for a specific area of responsibility within 90 days is required.
• 3 years of professional work experience providing computer-based software training, support, or project management; or 7 years in lieu of degree.

Mansioni

• Serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows.
• Develop and lead the implementation of the training program and materials for respective applications.
• Coordinate with other Principal Trainers for cross-application workflow alignment and usability improvements.
• Participate in go-live events, direct training, and user support (on-site or remote).
• Build, test, and maintain the training environment in coordination with the Program Manager, Environments.
