Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, MN is seeking a Training Specialist – Patient Access to lead onboarding, education, and competency development for scheduling and registration staff, ensuring accurate, patient-centered workflows.

You will serve as the EPIC scheduling expert, create training materials, deliver instruction, and support staff through system updates and process changes, balancing classroom teaching with hands-on coaching to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, registration, or clinic operations experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC EMR system and scheduling workflows.
• Equivalent combination of education and healthcare experience may be considered.
• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Education, Health Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of training, onboarding, coaching, or staff development experience.
• Experience developing training materials, standard work documentation, and competency assessments.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient access functions, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
