You will create training materials, lead instruction, and guide staff through system updates, coaching them to improve performance, data integrity, and operational efficiency in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, registration, or clinic operations experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC EMR system and scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, education, and competency development for Patient Access staff.
• Create training materials, deliver instruction, and support staff through system updates and process changes.
• Monitor competency and provide coaching to improve performance, data integrity, and efficiency.
