• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development for end-user training during all implementation phases.
• Schedule, coordinate, and communicate training plans to managers and staff.
• Provide support to Epic project teams and serve as a training advocate.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation; travel as needed.
