Job summary

Garnet Health Medical Center Middletown seeks an IT Clinical Training Analyst Principal to lead Epic training initiatives on-site for both clinical and non-clinical staff. You will build and maintain the training environment, work closely with Clinical Informatics and Epic trainers, and ensure materials stay current.

You will conduct in-class and elbow training, pursue Epic credentialing within 1 year, and contribute to assessments, quality control, and program improvements while supporting

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical Education and Microsoft Office Experience/Virtual Training Experience.
• Epic Trainer Credentialed preferred but not required; must achieve Epic Credential within 1 year of hire or transfer into the position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-classroom and hands-on Epic training for clinical and non-clinical users.
• Set up and break down training classes and maintain training materials.
• Perform proficiency assessments and class evaluations; suggest improvements to the team.
