Job summary

Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. is seeking an IT project lead to coordinate ITS initiatives and guide client services teams across hardware, software, and process improvements.

The role supports design and deployment across multiple facilities with a focus on scheduling, budgeting, and milestone delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least 5 years of IT leadership experience, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Experience leading large, complex projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate across entities.

Responsibilities

• Assists Management in the coordination of projects and strategies across ITS initiatives.
• Guides a team of client services and technologies in planning, development, and support of automated and manual systems; provides project organization guidance.
• Coordinate hardware and technology systems requests in collaboration with application teams and infrastructure teams.
• Manage and track software licensing and versions across the enterprise.
• Travel between organizations and provide off-shift training as required.
