Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an Information Systems Training and Education Specialist to develop and deliver Epic-focused end-user education across ambulatory, inpatient, or revenue cycle workflows. You will create curricula, lead onboarding and upgrade trainings, and collaborate with analysts, informaticists, and operational leaders to drive adoption and improve system use.

The role requires hands-on training delivery, curriculum management, and completion of Principal Trainer or equivalent

Qualifications

• 3 years recent experience developing systems and application training programs including online training platforms.
• 1 year recent experience in EMR training operations.
• 1 year experience with Epic.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Content Management: design, test, and maintain course materials; build training scenarios; ensure alignment with production workflows.
• Training Delivery and Environment Management: conduct instructor-led classes; configure and validate training environments; provide hands-on support during classes and labs.
• Subject Matter Expertise and Collaboration: serve as Epic training domain expert; partner with IS Training, CI teams, and operational trainers; collaborate with informatics and application teams for workflow validation.
