The Epic Trainer collaborates with leaders, SMEs, and IT teams to meet project deadlines and to ensure training reflects operational workflows while supporting staff through go-live activities.

Competenze

• Ability to develop and maintain training curricula for Epic applications.
• Experience training adult learners in a clinical/healthcare setting.
• Epic certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Mansioni

• Provides classroom training to end users of Epic applications.
• Build, test, and maintain training environments in collaboration with Epic and analysts.
• Coordinate post-live training for updates and new hires.
