Job summary

UC San Diego Health seeks a JPA Epic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to develop and update Epic training materials for the PHMG go-live, coordinate end-user training activities, and interface with PHMG stakeholders to educate them on our training methodology and process.

The TAM will provide hands-on support through go-live and transition into the ongoing Epic support point of contact for PHMG users—their Epic BFF.

Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's plus five years of related experience.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and ambulatory operations experience.
• Strong quantitative, financial analysis and market analysis skills.
• Strategic planning, project management, and change management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and political acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn specialized healthcare tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Epic training materials for PHMG go-live.
• Coordinate end-user training activities and educate stakeholders on training methods.
• Provide hands-on Epic go-live support and transition to ongoing Epic support.
• Serve as Epic training point of contact for PHMG users (BFF).
