Job summary

UC San Diego is seeking a JPA Epic Technical Account Manager to develop Epic training materials for the PHMG go-live, coordinate end-user training, and act as the training liaison with PHMG stakeholders. The TAM will provide hands-on support through go-live and continue as the Epic support contact for PHMG users.

The role requires advanced healthcare IT knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule with onsite Towne Centre Drive and remote work.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus five (5) years of related experience/training.
• Advanced knowledge of health care industry trends and ambulatory practice operations and management.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills for market and financial analysis.
• Advanced strategic planning, project management, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Epic training materials for the PHMG Epic go-live.
• Coordinate end-user training activities and interface with PHMG stakeholders.
• Educate PHMG users on training methodology and processes.
• Provide hands-on support through Epic go-live and transition to ongoing Epic support.
• Serve as the Epic training point of contact (BFF) for PHMG users.
