Job summary

enGen is seeking an Ambulatory Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic application(s). The role includes business analysis, requirements definition, documentation, system design, and user issue resolution.

You will work with end users to understand problems, implement solutions, and manage small to medium projects. Epic Ambulatory experience and healthcare setting familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory is preferred.
• 3 years in the healthcare industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements; documents workflow and training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic use and resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
