Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst Epic to design, build, test, train, deploy, and support Epic applications that optimize clinical and operational workflows. The role works with clinical and IT teams to translate requirements into reliable Epic configurations and reporting, ensuring safe patient care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include Epic build, training, and integration work, with HL7/FHIR interfaces, data management, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment.
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

System Analysis and Design: Gather requirements, map workflows, and design Epic builds.
Project Management: Lead projects for system implementations and upgrades.
Training and Documentation: Create and maintain training materials and mentor analysts.
Application Build/Integration: Configure records, test plans, interfaces, and deployments; ensure change control and governance.
