OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst Epic to design, build, test, train, deploy, and support Epic applications that optimize clinical and operational workflows. You will translate business requirements into reliable Epic configurations and interfaces, while ensuring patient safety and compliance.

The role involves collaboration with IT and operations, documentation, testing, and post-go-live support, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT/healthcare.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of system/application analysis in a healthcare environment preferred.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of IT/system analysis experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic build.
• Coordinate with IT and operations to deliver tasks on time and meet SLAs.
• Create and maintain design documents, test plans, and evidence for QA.
