Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of system/application analysis, support, or related IT experience (healthcare preferred).
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.

Responsabilités

• Gather and refine requirements; map current-state workflows for Epic builds.
• Develop specifications, change logs, and design documents for traceability.
• Coordinate build, configuration, testing, and deployment of Epic modules.
• Collaborate with interface teams on HL7/FHIR exchanges and data reporting.
• Provide training environment build and post-live support.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and ITIL-aligned processes.
