Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in system analysis and support within healthcare.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of healthcare system analysis.
• Epic experience with clinical, revenue cycle, or IT workflows.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, change control, and agile/waterfall.
• Strong communication with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design Epic builds aligned with goals.
• Lead small projects related to system implementations.
• Develop tests: unit, integration, UAT with defects.
• Coordinate release management and post-live support.
• Provide training and enablement for Epic and third-party apps.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory readiness.
