Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst Epic to design, build, test, train, deploy, and support Epic applications across clinical and operational workflows. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable configuration and reporting, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and SLA adherence.

Role includes application build, integration, data management, and training responsibilities with emphasis on collaboration with IT and operational teams for cross-application impacts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of system/application analysis or related IT experience (healthcare environment preferred).
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of system/application analysis or related IT experience (healthcare environment preferred).
  • Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic build.
  • Coordinate release management, environment moves, and downtime procedures.
  • Provide go-live and post-live support and training.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
  • Support cross‑application impacts and related interfaces.
