Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst Epic to design, build, test, train, deploy, and support Epic applications. You will align workflows with clinical and operational goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold SLAs while collaborating with IT and end users.

The role involves application build, integration, data management, and training responsibilities, with emphasis on change control and cross-team coordination to deliver safe patient care and efficient revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Epic modules and working with clinical/workflow teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into Epic configuration and reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and map workflows for Epic builds.
• Create specifications, logs, and design documents for traceability.
• Develop test plans (unit/integration/UAT) and verify interfaces and reports.
• Coordinate releases, environment moves, and post-live support.
• Provide end-user training and maintain training materials and documentation.
