Qualifications

  • Experience with interfaces (HL7/FHIR) and data reporting.
  • Strong project management with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and map workflows.
  • Create specifications, logs, and design documents.
  • Lead system-build/configuration and deployment of Epic applications.
  • Coordinate testing plans (unit, integration, UAT) and defect tracking.
  • Provide go-live support and post-live hypercare; meet SLAs.
  • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with IT and clinical teams.
