Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment.
• Epic training environment and certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and project methodologies (waterfall/ agile).

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and design Epic builds.
• Manage smaller projects related to system implementations and upgrades.
• Create and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation and test plans.
• Coordinate release management, environment moves, and post-live support (hypercare).
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to integrate across the IT portfolio.
