Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst Epic to support design, build, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support of Epic applications. You will collaborate with operational leaders to translate business requirements into reliable Epic configuration, integrations, and reporting to ensure safe patient care and compliant revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities include governance, testing, change management, and post-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Healthcare IT experience or systems analysis background.
• Familiarity with Epic applications and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders and map current-state workflows for Epic build.
• Configure records, master files, and security settings aligned to approved design.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test plans; log defects and provide test evidence.
• Coordinate release management, environment moves, and downtime procedures for upgrades.
