Job summary

SolutionHealth in Concord, NH is seeking an Epic Systems Administrator to install, configure, operate and maintain the Epic Service, Client and Web Application Servers. This role demands proactive support across Windows and Linux environments with a focus on reliable EHR delivery.

You will assist in provisioning server infrastructure, VMware administration, and deployment of line-of-business applications, ensuring service levels and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Vendor certification in supported applications/modules or demonstrated proficiency within 6 months of hire.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting server/storage infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to end users via phone, email, or in person in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure across Microsoft and Linux platforms.
• Assist in supporting VMware infrastructure and ongoing administration of the enterprise environment.
• Coordinate with departmental resources to install and maintain line-of-business applications.
